Yarns told about the Damn Fine Gents:
"One part legendary blues, two parts indie rock, Damn Fine Gentlemen deliver some damn fine songs in an old-meets-new format....
Aiming for a fresh, raw sound ...The results are reflective of their rough n' ready live show for which they are gaining a reputation."

From tunes reminiscent of the British Blues Scene of the late 60s and early 70s, through to blues folk ballads, Boogies, Rockabilly, Roots and swampy slide tunes.
The band's 6 track EP 'RED BELLY BLACK' was released in May 2010 & in 2011 climbed to No. 5 on the Blues & Roots Airplay Charts. Damn Fine Gentlemen have played up & down the coast: Kiama Jazz & Blues Festival 2012, Tuross Music Festival 2011, Splendour in the Pub, Illawarra Folk Festival 2011, Dunoon Village Blues Festival 2011, finalists in the Sydney Blues Challenge 2011 and many local gigs.
Damn Fine Gents now solidify and expand their position on the Australian Blues and Roots scene with the release of their debut full length ALBUM "DAMN FINE GENTLEMEN", released in September 2011.
